Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your CloudExpress plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and any unused time from your current plan is automatically adjusted in your billing cycle.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard Secure online payments .ensure your transactions are always protected.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Currently, CloudExpress offers only a free plan. There is no free trial for paid plans. However, you can upgrade your plan at any time to access additional features such as larger file transfers and extended storage options.
What happens to my files if I cancel my subscription?
After canceling your subscription, your files will remain accessible until their expiration date. Once expired, the files will be permanently removed and cannot be accessed.
Can I get a refund if I'm not statisfied?
We do not offer refunds once a subscription payment has been processed. However, you can downgrade your plan at any time to better suit your needs
